Online Video Purchase Instructions

These instructions need to be followed when using the PayPal website. You will be taken to the PayPal website, once you click on the "Order Now" Button below.

Step 2 - Click on the "Order Now" button below beside the item of your choice and follow
the instructions below for making the payment.

Step 3 - On the 1st PayPal Page, you will be asked if you want to pay by credit card or by using your PayPal account. If you have a paypal account you can fill in your account information in the blanks at the top of the screen. If you want to pay using your credit card, click on the "pay with a credit card" link at the bottom of the screen (see example below).

Step 4 - You will need to fill in all your credit card billing information and your shipping address to complete the transaction.

Step 5 - Once the payment has been approved, a page will appear confirming the payment.

Step 6 - You will now be automatically redirected to the Canadian Welder Website, but it says, “Beamers Cabin Productions Ltd”. (Note: Beamers Cabin Productions Ltd is a subsidiary of The Canadian Welder) Your credit card statement will have a charge from CANADIAN WELDER

If you do not go to the new page, you must click on the click here link that looks similar to the one below, to view your video clip.

Paypal Success

Step 7 - You will now be taken to a Thank You page. This page contains a link that takes you to a screen where you can view the video clip.

Step 8 - Remember, you only get to watch the video once per payment. There is a video control bar that allows you to pause, rewind and play so you can view the video at your own pace. We suggest that you have a pen and paper handy to take notes so that you get the maximum value from your purchase

Step 9 - When you have finished watching the video, close the window and check your email. You will have received a receipt of your purchase from PayPal.

Note - If you have any problem getting your video clip once you have purchased it, send an email to Video Support and we will email you a new link to the video page
